We love when clients call with overwhelming joy and enthusiasm over their new home purchase. These clients relocated within the area and were eager to take this historic Tudor back to its original elegance. We quickly got to work as the timeline was tight and there was much to do.
PROJECT
We were tasked with the complete design of the Entry, Family Room, Den, Dining Room, Primary Bedroom & Nursery for this stunner of a home. Our clients had some beautiful art and the ultimate trust that we would deliver a finished project they’d call home for decades to come.
Our new traditional aesthetic is on full display in this historic gem of a home. The palette was warm and mostly neutral, a perfect complement to the gorgeous original woodwork and majestic windows. We layered patterns and textures and established a beautiful flow of cozy elegance as you move through the home. Our shared love of wallpaper is shown in all of its applications throughout the first floor- on the ceiling in the foyer, framed as art in the dining room and as a full accent wall in the den.
This was another of the 2024 projects that ended with a new addition. This couple welcomed the most adorable baby girl this winter. While we love a hug from our clients when the project is done, nothing beats a baby snuggle!
